Abstract
One of the key objectives of the modern Ukrainian economy is the economical use of natural resources and environmental safety of technological processes. It is especially crucial for those branches of industry that are busy processing fossil fuels, including petroleum products. High energy consumption and high environmental burden of traditional petroleum processing technologies necessitate systematic reassessment and the use of innovative solutions to their improvement.
