Функціонування страхового ринку України в умовах трансформаційних змін

Abstract

Дисертаційну роботу присвячено комплексному дослідженню теоретико-методичних засад і практичних механізмів функціонування страхового ринку України в умовах трансформаційних змін. Сформовано цілісне концептуальне бачення страхування як багатовимірного соціально-економічного механізму, що інтегрує фінансові, правові, поведінкові та технологічні компоненти й відіграє ключову роль у забезпеченні стійкості та адаптивності національної економіки. Теоретичний і прикладний аналіз розкриває сутність трансформаційних процесів, їх вплив на структуру страхового ринку, поведінку його учасників та можливості модернізації архітектури ринку. The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of the functioning of the insurance market of Ukraine under conditions of transformational change. The research provides a critical assessment of the current state of the insurance sector, focusing on its adaptation to digital technologies, changes in regulatory policy, and the influence of behavioural factors on consumer decision-making. Particular attention is paid to the development of innovative approaches and management models capable of ensuring the stability, competitiveness and sustainable development of the insurance market in the context of internal and external challenges facing the Ukrainian economy. The study formulates practical recommendations aimed at improving the regulatory framework, accelerating technological modernisation and enhancing the financial literacy of the population as key prerequisites for the sustainable development of the insurance sector.
