Підготовка бакалаврів правоохоронної діяльності до соціальної взаємодії з підлітками

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено підготовці бакалаврів правоохоронної діяльності до соціальної взаємодії з підлітками. Уперше обґрунтовано педагогічні умови такої підготовки: формування професійної мотивації та ціннісних орієнтацій, оновлення змісту навчання з урахуванням особливостей роботи з підлітками та використання освітніх технологій для розвитку комунікативних умінь. Розроблено й апробовано модель підготовки, визначено компоненти готовності (мотиваційно-особистісний, когнітивно-компетентнісний, організаційно-діяльнісний), критерії їх оцінювання та рівні сформованості. Удосконалено зміст професійної підготовки через оновлення освітніх компонентів, упровадження вибіркових дисциплін, тренінгів, ділових ігор, кейсів, програм правового виховання та виробничої практики, орієнтованих на профілактику девіантної поведінки підлітків. Результати експерименту підтвердили ефективність запропонованої методики: в експериментальній групі частка здобувачів із високим рівнем готовності до соціальної взаємодії з підлітками досягла 43,9 %, тоді як у контрольній групі переважав середній рівень (47,4 %). Практичне значення дослідження полягає у впровадженні діагностичного інструментарію, оновлених освітніх компонентів, спеціалізованих програм і методичних матеріалів для підготовки майбутніх правоохоронців до ефективної профілактичної та правовиховної роботи з підлітками. The dissertation is devoted to the preparation of bachelors of law enforcement for social interaction with adolescents. For the first time, the pedagogical conditions of such training are substantiated: the formation of professional motivation and value orientations, updating the content of training taking into account the peculiarities of working with adolescents and the use of educational technologies for the development of communicative skills. A training model has been developed and tested, the components of readiness (motivational and personal, cognitive and competence, organizational and activity), the criteria for their assessment and the levels of formation have been determined. The content of professional training has been improved through the updating of educational components, the introduction of selective disciplines, trainings, business games, cases, legal education programs and industrial practice focused on the prevention of deviant behavior of adolescents. The results of the experiment confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed methodology: in the experimental group, the proportion of applicants with a high level of readiness for social interaction with adolescents reached 43.9%, while in the control group the average level prevailed (47.4%). The practical significance of the study lies in the implementation of diagnostic tools, updated educational components, specialized programs and methodological materials for preparing future law enforcement officers for effective preventive and legal education work with adolescents.
