Abstract

Main problems of preparation teachers-tutors for using information and communication technologies in the educational process are analyzed. Main functions and responsibilities of teachers-tutors during the distance learning are presented. Main ideas of implementation the distance learning by a teacher-tutor are characterized. The concept “teacher-tutor” is presented and its role in the educational process is analyzed.
