Cooperation of the higher education institution with non-governmental organizations as a subject of social development of communitie

Abstract

The article analyzes the current trends in the development of public institutions in Ukraine. The role of non-governmental public organizations in providing social services is considered. The main trends in the development of the private sector have been studied. The role of grant projects is highlighted. The role and place of the private sector in the provision of social services is considered. Examples of implementation of local initiatives and receiving grant support are analyzed. The importance and urgency of the problems of non-governmental organizations in the field of social services are highlighted. The components of the process of ensuring the quality of professional training of specialists in the social sphere are identified, namely: the quality of educational programs, working curricula and educational and methodological support of subjects; the quality of educational technologies that contribute to the formation of professional competencies; the quality of organizational and educational-methodical support of practical training, which allows in the conditions of real social activity to improve and consolidate these competencies; quality of training. At the same time, the mechanism for determining the quality of educational services in this area was studied.У статті аналізуються сучасні тенденції розвитку державних інституцій в Україні. Розглянуто роль неурядових громадських організацій у наданні соціальних послуг. Досліджено основні тенденції розвитку приватного сектора. Висвітлено роль грантових проектів. Розглянуто роль і місце приватного сектору у наданні соціальних послуг. Проаналізовано приклади реалізації місцевих ініціатив та отримання грантової підтримки. Висвітлено важливість та актуальність проблем неурядових організацій у сфері надання соціальних послуг. Визначено складові процесу забезпечення якості професійної підготовки фахівців соціальної сфери, а саме: якість освітніх програм, робочих навчальних планів та навчально-методичного забезпечення предметів; якість освітніх технологій, що сприяють формуванню професійних компетентностей; якість організаційного та навчально-методичного забезпечення виробничої практики, що дозволяє в умовах реальної соціальної діяльності вдосконалювати та закріплювати ці компетентності; якість навчання. Водночас досліджено механізм визначення якості освітніх послуг у цій сфері.
