Встановлено вплив інтеграційних відносин на формування конкурентних переваг сільськогосподарських
підприємств та обґрунтувано методику вибору цими підприємствами організаційної форми інтеграції.
Description
The meaning and basic forms of agricultural integration are presented in the
article. The prospects of transformation of the results of integration relations
development in partnership with farms, principles of selection of integration
structures, mechanism for co-ordinating the interests of economic entities are
investigated. It is proved that the farms in operation always enter into
competitive relations with entrepreneurs from related and allied industries. Each
company entering into such relationship aim for own interests protection and
also for risk reduction.
